Shark Tooth Necklace...Yay or Nay?

Never has one piece of jewelry been so anticipated as is this necklace by Givenchy. It comes from the Spring 2012 collection and has stars on their tip toes begging for first dips. I remember seeing these huge pieces on models and knew that it was going to be a statement piece worth yelling over! But you be the judge,would you rock this?
