The focal colors of this seasons collection were obviously red and gold. Punches of grey were also evident. From the colored legs to the minis and pant suits alike, those were very much stand out colors. Lots of velvet were on most of the models. Silk was a standout material as well. Lots of fun, short frocks looked awesome and amazing! Ruffled blouses paired with high waist trousers and skirts was a grown up sophisticated look. Two toned grey and gold origami dresses as well as bright floral dresses looked date night ready for anyone. Like alot of designers fur was a vivid staple. This is a super hot line for Fall and I can only hope that people pick up on these smoking trends! FIERCE!

London Fashion Week Matthew Williamson Show
This designer across the pond plays alot with silks and beautifully patterned looks. Origami skirts and unpredictable hem lines also play a part. Like the American designers from last week, fur graces this runway as well.Lots of punches of blue and peach are the standout colors. Very muted makeup, pale lips and eyes make sure to not take away from the fabulous frocks. Sequins and leather are some of the materials used for the Fall collection. Check out some of the designs from this standout designer. Get familiar!

Naomi Campbell
NEWS FLASH! Naomi Campbell is hands down my favorite model! Not only is she strikingly beautiful, but no matter how you feel about her the hefer can work a runway! She has had some negative press with her personal life, but like other models, that hasnt hendered her career at all. She has still maintained endorsement deals and even though she is considered "old" in the modeling world, she is still just as relevant as Coco Chanel today. Her recent fashion show that was an ode to the relief efforts in Haiti made me love her even more. As god-daughter to the great Nelson Mandela, and her recent tribute to the late great Alexander McQueen, she is living up to a pretty big legacy. Today I'm gonna bless you with some fabulous pics of the queen of the runway....

New York Fashion Week DVF
This is the designer who invented the wrap dress, but boy did she venture from that this Fall! This is another fabulous lineup that didn't disappoint. I loved the free flowing fabrics and the fun full bottomed minis.Color blocks, florals and metallic round out some of the fabrics that dominate.Dresses with blazers over them was one of my favorite looks that was a constant as well. Lots of shimmy, tired skirts, fur hats, water color prints stood out. Diane Von Furstenburg has earned her spot in this thing we call fashion so its no surprise that she didn't let me down...not that I thought she would!
